Celebrate Native American Heritage month at the library! Join us for a
special presentation by Madeleine Gosselin Wright, Abenaki storyteller.
Madeleine has been a storyteller at the Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum for the past five years, at
schools, adult centers, and other programs. The stories will give you an understanding of
Abenaki life and culture. A slideshow and artifacts from the Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum will
be included. The Abenaki are the Indigenous People who lived and still live in New Hampshire.
Madeleine has a BA in History from Northeastern University and a Master’s Degree in Library and
Information Science from Simmons College.

Grades K-12 are welcome, along with their guardians.
