Meeting Rooms

*Meeting rooms are not available at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic*

We have 5 meeting rooms available for public use. Please call 536-2616 to reserve a room.
Community Room:
The community room is located downstairs and is our largest meeting room.  It has the capability of holding 50 chairs, 10 large tables and 4 small tables.  It is equipped with a projector and full sound system.  This room is great for large meetings, trainings and presentations.
New Hampshire Room:
This room can only be used during open library hours. It seats 6-10 people.  It is a quiet space upstairs in the library perfect for small, low key meetings.
 YLLA Room:
The Young Ladies Library Association (YLLA) room is located downstairs.  It seats up to 12 people and has non-moveable tables inside. There is no a/v equipment available.
We have two small tutoring/study room available downstairs in the library:
Turmelle Room:
This room has a white board, table and chairs as well as a window.  Comfortably fits 2-4 people.
Blaine Room:
This room has a white board, table and chairs. Comfortably fits 2-4 people.
Our rooms are free to use if you are a non-profit group.
All for profit groups or those charging to attend a meeting will pay $50 per meeting.
